If on pages 28–29 in the last Estonian weekly Maaleht finds Professor Rein Raud that efficiency policy must be stopped for the sake of sustainability, then on pages 2–3 in the same issue is written that Massiaru elementary school, what was built for 150 people, started its academic year without any pupils.
